Uniting Clergy and Police is available for consulting with corporate and government agencies on how to reach out to faith based organizations. U-CAP has years of experience working with government agencies and local faith-based groups.

Rev. Lance McCune graduated from Rhema Bible School in 1978 and went on to be a pastor for 20 years. He is the Founder and President of Uniting Clergy and Police (U-CAP,) and assisted with the establishment of the Clergy And Police Alliance (CAPA) in Fort Worth.

He has also collaborated with the White House and the Department of Homeland Security. Recently he has acted as the volunteer coordinator for Tarrant County & Fort Worth during emergency relief efforts for hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav and Ike.
